Shipping & Complaints

We will do our best to ensure that you receive your Happy Cups as soon as possible. That's why we work with reliable partners for national and international shipping.

Germany

Delivery: 1-3 business days, between 9:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday.

Shipping Cost: Within Germany (except islands) we charge a flat rate shipping cost of € 5.90. From an order value of € 150,00 we ship free of charge. In the case of deliveries to islands, our service providers apply a lump sum surcharge of € 15,00.

The rest of the world

Delivery: 2-5 working days between 9:00 and 18:00 from Mondays to Fridays

Complaints

If you receive a package of damaged or incorrectly packaged cups, we will bear all shipping costs and do everything possible to fix the problem. Depending on your request, you will receive either new cups or a refund. To register a claim, please contact us: mybestellung@happycups.de.
